IT Specialist


Position Summary:

Cypress Healthcare Valet, a national leader in parking and hospitality services, is seeking an IT Specialist to help promote digital security, provide technical support to team members across the nation remotely and ensure systems are running effectively and efficiently to meet our organization’s needs.


Cypress Healthcare Valet provides our healthcare partners with comprehensive parking/ customer service solutions that focus on patient care and technology. Our Business is not just delivering creative parking solutions but building dynamic teams that function as an extension of our client’s healthcare facility.


Our new IT Specialist must be able to install and configure networks, manage databases, provide user support, manage information security, and troubleshoot systems and hardware.


Details of Job:

  • Salary: $55,000- $60,000 Annually
  • Full-time
  • Remote position
  • Travel required 25% of the time


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
  • Implement security measures
  • Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer/ tablet problems
  • Install, maintain, and update company software and hardware as needed
  • Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
  • Identify and recommend new technology solutions


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good organization, time management, and prioritization
  • Efficient troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills


Education & Requirements:

  • A B.S. in programming, computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with systems such as ADP and Android-powered hardware
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce.

  • Must be willing to travel nationally occasionally (25%)
